Changes to your general medical health have an impact on your cosmetic health. It is important that all clients keep us up to date regarding their overall health, and on the medications they are taking. Be sure to bring a list of any medications you are taking, including dosages (this includes over the counter medication and natural health products) to your first visit, and continue to update us as things change.
We will always keep a cosmetic history here in a private file to ensure that your treatments are tracked and monitored.

Our Medical Spa provides easy access to all of our treatment rooms while ensuring you are as comfortable as possible.
We will review three key areas during your first visit so that we have a clear picture of your medical, cosmetic and aesthetic history.
We will review your personal information with our Medical Director and a qualified Nurse Injector for any Cosmetic treatments, to make sure you are safe and comfortable to move forward.
We will assess your skin needs with a qualified and experienced Medical Aesthetician and advise on the best skin care plan so you may achieve wonderful results.
We will review your skin type and guide you safely on our Lasers to provide you with expected results!
Our consultations include valuable Pre and Post information so you can properly prepare for the treatment. After the treatment, we clearly make sure you understand the importance of patience in waiting the 14 day period for your Cosmetic treatment to take affect. We always leave the door open for any immediate follow up required for your laser treatments.

Our Nurses/Medical Aestheticians and Laser Technicians are very qualified and knowledgeable in their specific fields and will make sure you are comfortable prior to any treatment in our sterile and clean environment. They will always explain the steps they are taking so you are aware and content to continue. Prices will be quoted to the client before any treatment is applied.
We will send you reminders for your next appointment, keep you actively involved with our up coming specials, social media and events. We can provide you with a variety of times and days to book your appointments and meet your scheduling needs. Our fantastic practitioners will always suggest and be available for your follow up to make sure you are satisfied with your treatment results.
Your appointments are reserved specifically for you. Although we will contact you with an email confirmation, it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure that you arrive for the appointment on time. If you need to reschedule a reserved appointment, we require a minimum of 2 full business days notice, this permits another patient to receive our services in your absence.
